Do furniture feet leave marks on WARCO floors?
Furniture and installed equipment generally do not leave marks on WARCO flooring if it is intended for the installation of furniture or equipment. This includes, for example, patio coverings, balcony coverings, fitness slabs or floor coverings for trade fairs and exhibitions.
Of course, the weight of the objects should always be in an appropriate ratio to the contact surface of the feet so that the point load is not too great. A good benchmark is the high-heeled shoe, which can have a contact area of significantly less than one square centimeter and is sometimes loaded with 70 kilograms or more. The WARCO floors designed for this purpose can easily withstand this load.
The larger the contact surface, i.e. the base, and the better the load distribution, the lower the risk of the object pressing into the floor.
Rubber generally has a very high resilience. The compressive strength of every WARCO floor covering is indicated in the product description in the store under the comparative values. The higher the compressive strength, the higher the point and surface load can be.
